I specialize in therapy for individuals and couples and focus on improving relationships, self-esteem and mood. I combine Cognitive-Behavioral and Family Systems approaches into counseling. There is also a great emphasis on increasing participation in hobbies and interests as well as diet and exercise while doing mental health work in therapy.
