I specialize in treating LGBTQIA+ issues (including gender dysphoria), chronic illness, chronic pain, trauma and neurodivergence. I utilize evidence-based therapies, mindfulness techniques, and personalized strategies to manage symptoms, reduce stress and improve overall quality of life.
