Using a trauma-informed approach, I focus on healing, connection, and helping you feel more like you again. As a Marriage and Family Therapy graduate intern, I am passionate about supporting individuals and couples in navigating intimacy, connection, and healing. I create a safe, supportive space to explore emotions, strengthen relationships, and build resilience. My work focuses on intimacy counseling, trauma recovery, and geriatric therapy.
