With a background in dual diagnosis and focus on trauma, I love working with those who desire to heal from their past, challenging negative thinking patterns and behaviors. I believe with support and exploration, we can grow into the individuals that bring us towards our best selves and our own vision of a content and peaceful life. My passions include working with adults 18+ through life transitions, complex trauma, relationship issues, substance use, eating disorders, body image, and self-esteem. I work from a person-centered and attachment based approach, and I incorporate Internal Family Systems in collaboration with EMDR (eye-movement desensitization and reprocessing).
