My mission is to empower adolescents, families and young adults as they navigate the complexities of emotional well-being. We all experience struggles and challenges as a result of life’s ups and downs. I am able to offer support for a wide array of issues relating but not limited to, anxiety, depression, adjustment, anger management, artists & creatives struggles, attention deficit (ADHD), behavioral Issues, body image, burnout, career counseling, caregiver issues, stress, adolescent issues, codependency, communication problems, coping mechanisms, and couples/marriage/relationships issues.
