Have you ever felt that you wanted to go to therapy but you were afraid of the process? I get it! Therapy can feel scary and overwhelming, especially if you've never been before. When meeting with clients, it's my overall goal to make my clients feel seen, heard and comfortable, taking the pressure out of therapy. As a therapist, I understand what it's like to go on this journey and I'm passionate about joining others in their personal growth while providing empathy, insight, education and mindfulness to those I meet with.
