I’m a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist who values creating a space that feels safe, genuine, and easy to step into. My style is warm, down to earth, and collaborative, and I believe therapy works best when you feel truly seen and met where you are. I have provided individual and group therapy since 2006 and work with children ages 3 and up, teens, adults, parents, and families. I support people navigating loss and grief, serious and terminal medical illness, chronic illness, trauma, stress, anxiety, depression, school and work challenges, relationship struggles, disability, parenting concerns, and life transitions.
