There are many reasons why people seek therapy, from a recent crisis, to just looking for some help working through life’s many milestones. I have experience treating a wide range of clinical issues including anger, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship/attachment issues, grief, low self-esteem, and struggles with parenting and life transitions. My style is empathetic and warm, but also hands-on and solution focused. Whatever you are dealing with, I will work collaboratively with you to help you apply therapeutic tools in your everyday life and ultimately experience lasting change.
