I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who supports adults in gaining clarity, reducing emotional distress, and creating meaningful change within a supportive and nonjudgmental space. My work is grounded in a Person Centered approach, meeting you where you are and prioritizing a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship. I work with adults 18 and older and specialize in life transitions, anxiety, depression, ADHD, self esteem concerns, and grief and loss.
