My name is Dr. Kelly Paquette, and I’m a licensed clinical psychologist with over a decade of experience treating a range of mental health struggles including post-traumatic stress, depression, trauma, anxiety, and stress. I aim to provide a safe and non-judgmental space to help you feel fully heard, understood, and supported. I enjoy utilizing a variety of evidence-based therapy approaches to help you make meaningful changes in your life, as well as gaining insight and awareness into patterns of relationships, behaviors, and emotions.
