I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who believes therapy is a collaborative approach and we will work together to achieve your goals. At your initial appointment, we will spend time exploring the issues you'd like to address and begin to identify some of your goals that you look forward to achieving. Our collaborative approach will help to build a therapeutic relationship based on trust and confidence so that you feel safe and open to work through challenges using different skills, tools and techniques. I practice cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and incorporate solution-focused and existential models into treatment.
