Our individual experiences shape us - they inform our behaviors, perceptions, and attitudes about ourselves and the world around us. In particular our childhood and cultural experiences have a significant impact on who we are as adults. My work has shown me the implications that unresolved childhood trauma, culture, and capitalism has on a person, and how it shows up in our day to day lives. Unprocessed emotions are stored in the crevices of our mind, waiting for the opportunity to be expressed. My goal is to help you process stuck emotions, grief and trauma in a way that works for you, and at your own pace.
