About
My passion is to help: children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. We all experience moments of crisis, breaking points, and times of feeling stuck. When these things happen they are difficult to navigate. We are plagued with difficult situations: broken relationships, anxiety, trauma, neurodiversity-related concerns such as ADHD, or other life transitions. Finding oneself in a dilemma can be discouraging and exhausting—as these cycles and patterns are no longer serving our wellbeing. I help by offering a safe, supportive, space; practical tools for life; and guidance towards clarity, resilience, and emotional balance. I help by offering client-centered, collaborative counseling focused on restoration, building practical tools and resilience. My areas of clinical focus include anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, ADHD and neurodiversity-related concerns and life transitions. I offer faith-informed counseling grounded in Christian faith and values for those who seek it.
