Hello! I'm an LCSW, therapist and registered yoga teacher. Throughout my career I have been honored to work with adults, children and families as they cope with life's challenges. I believe in providing warm, compassionate and collaborative care to clients as they work to cultivate healing and mental health. Whether you have survived trauma, are struggling with depression or anxiety, have experienced loss or are navigating complex relationships or difficult life transitions I believe we all need support at times and that with the right support we can all move toward healing.
