I help people who have tried lots of things to feel better, but are still having trouble making changes. If you struggle with any of the following, I can help: feeling like your emotions overwhelm you, frequent ups and downs in your relationships, problems with anger, addictive or compulsive behavior, self-harm, feelings of hopelessness or depression, and the after-effects of trauma. I am a specialist in Dialectical Behavior Therapy-an approach that provides a comprehensive set of practical skills to help you regulate your emotions, change unhelpful patterns, and live in alignment with your values.
