Living with anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, medical issues and/or family conflict brings unique challenges and stresses. As a licensed clinical social worker with a PhD, my practice is geared toward working with individuals across the lifespan and families, helping them to understand specific strategies and techniques to tackle every day challenges to life events and circumstances. For over 20 years, I have worked with clients with a variety of problems to help them cope more effectively, find solutions, and live life more fully.
