Life doesn’t always go as planned. We are often faced with unexpected challenges and circumstances that leave us feeling overwhelmed, out of control, and sometimes even helpless. Whatever it is you’re going through, I’m here to help support you along the way. My passion is working with women throughout every stage of motherhood. As a perinatal therapist, I work with women experiencing infertility challenges, pregnancy, postpartum, healing from pregnancy loss or a traumatic birth, as well as adjusting to motherhood (this includes parenting education and support). I also have extensive experience in treating anxiety and depression. You will find that I provide a safe, nonjudgmental, supportive, and encouraging environment to help you navigate life's ups and downs, empower self growth, and achieve your goals. I utilize a person-centered and solution focused approach. Faith-based interventions available when requested. I am empathetic, validating, and calming.
