I blend psychodynamic and solution focused approaches to help women work towards results that they can feel and see. In addition to treating Depression, Anxiety and Social Anxiety, I also specialize in binge eating, impulsive spending, low self-esteem, inner-child healing, abandonment wounds and unhealthy adult attachment. Many of my clients work in high stress fields and place intense pressure on themselves to succeed. Professionally, they are often doing all the work for none of the recognition. Personally, they may be stuck in cycles of romantic disappointment or relationships where everyone else's needs come first.
