Hi, Kelsey here. My therapeutic approach has always been eclectic but can best be summarized as person center approach. No one intervention works for all. For so many starting therapy is a journey that can also cause anxiety. I offer my clients a warm and supportive space. I am skilled at helping my clients towards making small steps towards larger goals and change. I utilize evidenced based approaches such as CBT, DBT, trauma informed care. I come from a psychodynamic background, I also deeply believe change happens when sharing your story and life's experience.
