I tend to work with clients who are highly sensitive and feel A LOT. Many of the children, teens, and young adults I see in my practice are thoughtful, curious, and often very hard on themselves. They care and think deeply, often to the point of exhaustion. Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, OCD, perfectionism, or pressure to please others and "do the right thing." I am passionate about supporting neurodivergent individuals or folks with ADHD, Autism, and sensory processing differences, through a neurodiversity-affirming lens. My approach to therapy is affirming, curious, and collaborative. Modalities I often use in session include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure with Response Prevention (ERP), and play therapy. I'll work with you to tailor treatment to fit your needs, pace, and comfort.
