I work with individuals of all ages and stages of life, and value the many types of diversity my clients bring. I enjoy learning about clients' unique life experiences, and working with them as they navigate through life’s challenges. I believe that counseling can be beneficial during times of difficulty and distress, but can also be utilized as a proactive measure to better understand oneself and others. I utilize a holistic and strength-based approach, and strive to build a collaborative relationship where clients are actively engaged in the therapeutic process.
