I provide a safe, compassionate space where you can process anxiety, relationship struggles, or life transitions while discovering tools for healing and growth. I’m Kelsey Hemstreet, a student counselor intern at Omnia Trauma Healing Center, supervised by Dr. Alyssa Gavulic Howk. I work with teens, young adults, and adults navigating stress, anxiety, and relational challenges. My approach integrates evidence-based practices—including EFT, DBT, and TBRI—to help you gain clarity, build resilience, and create healthier relationships.
