Hi my name is Kelsey Kjellsen and I am a licensed professional counselor, clinical supervisor, and owner of Just Be Counseling Services, LLC. I work with individuals and families who are looking to make life-changing improvements. My primary passion is to help young adults (18-35) who are working to create the life that feels meaningful to them. Clients I see may be dealing with anxiety, low self-esteem, life transitions, chronic health conditions, relationships, depression, troubling behaviors, high stress, and trauma to name a few. I also work with youth (7+) and their families to promote positive and healthy family connections. I believe the therapeutic relationship is the most important aspect of therapy as a strong connection allows clients to be vulnerable.
