I am passionate about working with individuals and couples of all identities and relationship structures that are navigating sexual challenges, relationship issues, and life transitions. I specialize in sex and sexuality because I believe that while sexuality is a crucial piece of our humanity, it is often overlooked. Through exploring our sexual and relational needs, we can untangle shame, heal from trauma, improve communication, and feel more empowered in our day to day lives. I am pleasure centered and believe there are many ways to have a gratifying, fulfilling life.
