Many people come to therapy not just for themselves, but to show up more fully for the people they care about. As we grow, we get to witness our healing ripple outward into our communities. I'm passionate about helping people better understand their inner and outer worlds, navigate grief, identity, burnout, or relational challenges; to co-create space for softening while still building resilience, and to foster self and communal care in a world that often doesn’t prioritize it. Therapy is a chance to lay down what you’ve been carrying, and to discover what’s possible when you no longer carry it alone.
