I believe there is no one right path toward healing. Each person’s journey is unique, and my role as a therapist is to walk beside you as you explore the pathway that feels most aligned. My approach is gentle, collaborative, and rooted in deep respect for your inner wisdom. I specialize in working with women, supporting people through life transitions, burnout, and the deep exhaustion that can come from trying to slow down in a world that doesn’t make it easy. I also support clients who feel drawn to live more seasonally and cyclically, and are looking for ways to reconnect with their natural rhythms.
