I offer a fully telehealth practice designed to support working professionals, college students, faculty & staff. With over 10 years of experience as a trauma-informed therapist, I provide a safe, nonjudgmental, and LGBTQIA+ affirming space where you can feel seen and supported. My work focuses on helping individuals navigate mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, and LGBTQIA+ issues, including exploring sexuality and gender identity. Many of my clients are also dealing with life transitions, relationship challenges, and self-esteem concerns.
