Hello, I'm Kelsey (LPC, CCTP). I am so glad you found me! I am unique in my therapy approach, using somatic therapies and mind-body connection to resolve trauma - to help hurt Parts release and unburden. I am a certified clinical trauma professional and additionally certified in trauma-informed yoga, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (Level 2). This approach is remarkable through its interweaving of neurobiology and emotional health that reaches beyond typical Talk Therapy. I am licensed in the State of Maine and Virginia, and able to provide Clinical Supervision in Virginia.
