I believe therapy can be an extremely vulnerable experience. I take a holistic approach to therapy, recognizing and empowering the mind-body connection. I believe my clients are the expert of their life, and my role is to provide support and a safe environment to meet them where they are at. I work with individuals and couples who are dealing with anxiety, relationship issues, family dynamics, and trauma. My goal is to empower my clients to practice self-compassion, lean into vulnerability, strengthen resilience, and create a meaningful relationship with self and others. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and systemic. I use evidence-based modalities including EMDR, DBT, and CBT. I am a Certified EMDR Therapist and trained in Gottman Marital Therapy Level 1. My experience includes working with adolescents, couples and family therapy. I specialize in abuse and domestic violence dynamics in relationships.
