It's my intention is to create a collaborative environment in which I support people to reconnect to their heart’s desires and to become their most authentic selves. This work often involves addressing obstacles in one's way, increasing self-awareness, getting to know and regulate one's attachment and nervous systems, expanding emotional capacity, working with different parts of oneself, identifying patterns, and noticing the ways we relate to ourselves and our environment. I believe in our innate capacity for healing and growth.
