It can feel overwhelming to watch your child or teen struggle with big emotions, stress, or self-doubt. Whether it’s anxiety that shows up as tummy aches before school, pressure to keep up academically, difficulty managing friendships, or feeling weighed down by sadness, these challenges can impact not only their daily lives but their sense of who they are. I also work with parents and adults who may be carrying their own stress, relationship challenges, or emotional struggles. My role is to help children, adolescents, young adults, and parents alike feel understood, supported, and equipped with tools to manage what life brings.
