I am a child therapist providing services for children & adolescents ages 3-18. I work with the individual and family in areas relating to adjustment, anxiety, stress, depression, ADHD, perfectionism, behavioral outbursts, grief, emotional regulation, trauma, family dynamics, intellectual disabilities, PANDAS, and developmental disorders. I use expressive therapy techniques to provide a safe space for rapport building & emotional processing. I teach individuals ways to effectively identify triggers, use mindfulness, express emotions/needs, & implement coping strategies to self-regulate.
