Starting your therapy journey can feel truly intimidating and take days, months, and even years to begin. I’m here to walk with you through the process, helping you make sense of the path you create using compassion, honesty, and tools to build meaningful change. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and a Licensed Associate Sex Offender Provider (LASOP) in the state of Illinois. I received my undergraduate degree in Psychology and my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, both from Northern Illinois University.
