I have found that preteens, adolescents, and young adult women are the best fit for my experience and expertise. I understand that many people, specifically teenagers, do not always want to pursue counseling services. It is my goal to come alongside others and create a warm, nonjudgemental atmosphere for them to feel comfortable working on their mental health needs.
