I am passionate in working with children, adolescents and young adults as we navigate together to build a better understanding of your symptoms and identifying healthy tools that best fit your personality and needs. I hope to provide you a comfortable environment to speak without fear of judgment as we navigate the challenges of coping with depression, anxiety, trauma, life changes, or if you just need an outside perspective. My goal is for you to feel you are being heard and validated to better experience your emotions in a healthy and empowering way.
