Hello, my name is Kelsey! I'm an experienced clinician with 10+ years working in the field of mental health. I have a passion for helping clients harness their inner strengths to discover their unique potential! An ideal client would look like someone who is motivated for treatment, solution-focused, and ready to simply feel better! I emphasize the importance of developing a safe environment for physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual healing to begin. I believe all of us hold the capacity for positive change, and to feel good while doing so! I am licensed as an LPC & LCADC includes working in the field of substance abuse. I have extensive experience working with fellow counselors and those in the helping field. I also have additional training ADHD and OCD.I have recently become passionate about neurodiversity affirmative therapy which has been an incredible journey for my career and my clients.
