My approach is non-judgmental, centered in respect and compassion for you and your story. I provide a therapeutic experience through alliance, close listening, collaborating in making connections, and affirming with warmth, humor, and curiosity. As a former elementary and middle school art teacher, I draw from playfulness, creativity, and interpersonal attunement. The goal is to understand and help through a combination of connection and evidence-based practice. I specialize in trauma-related disorders and substance use issues, however I have extensive experience personally and professionally with people from all walks of life.
