Life can be tough all on its own and when you add traumatic experiences the world can feel stacked against you. Maybe you are just struggling with something that you could use some help sorting through. Perhaps you feel distant from your partner and want to improve your relationship. I can help. I work with individuals, couples and families who are experiencing life adjustment struggles, anxiety, depression, ADHD, infidelity, PTSD and other traumas. I want to create a non judgmental space where we can work together to facilitate healing through balance in life, growth in relationships, and improved family dynamics.
