I am a mature man..I work with adults and adolescents. I am especially interested in helping men improve their communication skills in intimate relationships, and, in parenting; fostering their ability to identify and articulate their feelings, and, being more empathic. I am an Institute trained Psychoanalyst, Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor; I have also been teaching a Japanese martial art and Zen Meditation to adults and children since 1975. I combine Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and Mindfulness Meditation, offering a perspective from the East and West.
