I believe what people need the most is to feel better about themselves. An increased sense of self worth is what makes us feel like we are worth our own time and effort. I offer a number of approaches, including talk therapy as well as expressive arts. My background is in the arts and psychology, and there is a lot to be learned from the pictures and sounds that form in our minds and on a surface in front of us.
