Hi, I'm Kendajah and I look forward to meeting you! I have a passion for people and I'm enthusiastic about helping you meet your goals. I have experience working with children and adolescents in individual and group settings. I teach coping skills for the management of anxiety, depression, adhd, and anger management. In addition, I provide communication interventions for couples and families to strengthen their relationships. Through the use of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I empower and encourage my clients to meet their desired goals, all the while, supporting them as they navigate their feelings, thoughts and identity.
