My goal is to listen unconditionally, and to help you be the healthiest and happiest version of yourself. I work hard to ensure my practice is a safe space for all. Specializing in adolescents and young adults, aged 15-25, I have experience working with anxiety, depression, relationship/family issues, ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorders, life transitions, and extensive trauma.
