Kendall aims to help people become comfortable experiencing emotions that may have once felt overwhelming or threatening, building a positive sense of self, and challenging self-limiting beliefs. Kendall is deeply committed to helping people develop coping skills and overcome obstacles to build a life that feels meaningful and purposeful. Kendall holds a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and Psychological Services from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota, and has a Bachelor’s degree with a double major in Psychology and Business Management from Iowa State University.
