My ideal client would be someone who is optimistic that change is possible. Has anxiety crept in and now it feels like your new normal? You want some relief, simple strategies that can lead to a bigger breakthrough. Or maybe you are experiencing difficulty putting your life back together after a traumatic experience. I can help you along on your healing journey. Reclaiming your personal power doesn't happen quickly, but it may not take as long as you think. You don't want to live your life in therapy, and you shouldn't. I'm solution focused, we will create a plan together to meet your needs in a timely manner. I have a certification in Trauma Informed Care from Mississippi College. By keeping your phsyical and emotional safety a priority, we can work on the healing process. My goal is to help you challenge negative thinking patterns that may be keeping you from living your life to the fullest. I do this by incorporating CBT therapy into our sessions.
