I have a holistic view of therapy. I will ask you to look at multiple aspects of your life to encourage overall good health & well-being. Sessions are centered around education, radical acceptance & are grounded in your personal goal. We will tackle issues through a lens of empowerment, validation & understanding Most of my clients are people who identify as women, POC, & LGBTQIA+, who experience anxiety, depression, & trauma. My clients come to me to work through issues, find ways to cope, & identify their symptoms. I can help with understanding perfectionism, social anxiety, people pleasing & attachment styles.
