I work with a wide array of individuals from children to adults. I address many different concerns and issues that may lead to dysfunction in life. I utilize play therapy and art therapy techniques for children and teens, talk therapy, EMDR, and Brainspotting to help clients address a history of trauma or to just focus on day-to-day functioning. I'm empathic to the struggles that children and teens face, as well as the adults who parent them. As the mother of two teenagers, I know first-hand how hard parenting can be in today's world.
