My area of specialization is with the perinatal (pre-conception, pregnancy, postpartum) population, particularly supporting individuals undergoing fertility challenges. It can be isolating for a variety of reasons, which may lead to increased anxiety, depression, and anger. As a person with my own infertility experience, I offer a safe space of understanding, where I "know the language." My goal is to build an empathetic and trustworthy relationship to offer support with self-advocacy, validation, and personal challenge to ensure you have the information and calm you seek.
