I work with people who are ready to make changes - from reducing or stopping alcohol or substance use, finding healthier ways to cope, or healing from difficult experiences. Whether you are struggling with alcohol, substance use, or the lasting impact of trauma, my goal is provide a safe and supportive space where you feel truly heard and understood. You can talk openly, without judgment, and begin to sort through the challenges that no longer serve you. I use evidence-based approaches, including EMDR and DBT, to help clients process painful experiences, build healthier coping skills, and move toward lasting change. Together, we work on reducing shame, increasing resilience, and creating a path toward recovery, growth and feeling in control of your life.
