I work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Together, we explore patterns, uncover strengths, and create relationships and routines that feel more connected and fulfilling. I use CBT, IFS, EFT, and Attachment Theory to tailor therapy to your needs. With individuals, we explore thoughts, emotions, and relational patterns, build resilience, and foster self-compassion. With couples, I support communication, intimacy, healing attachment wounds, and strengthen connection.
