I know reaching out for therapy isn’t easy. It takes courage to even start looking for support. If you’ve been through painful or overwhelming experiences, you may be used to keeping things inside or trying to “handle it” on your own. My goal is to offer a space where you don’t have to do that anymore—a space that feels safe, steady, and genuinely supportive. I’ll meet you exactly where you are, without judgment or pressure. Whether you’re healing from trauma, navigating eating disorders (18+), grief, ADHD, anxiety, or just feeling disconnected from yourself, we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you. I received my Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Eastern Kentucky University. My approach is collaborative, person-centered and trauma-informed. I provide individual counseling services to ages 15+ struggling with a wide range of mental health concerns.
